The ‘Business Integration’ Division focuses on the optimization of our customers’ communications and business processes.
We implement highly integrated office environments based on a stack of net-driven applications made from open source components like Open-Xchange, SuiteCRM and agorum core DMS for today’s needs for flexible and customer-oriented workflows. Beyond that our Business Integration Server offers a flexible integration of additional groupware and customer management systems as an open and platform independent solution. Besides Microsoft Exchange and Salesforce other mail, CRM and ERP solutions are linked via a configurable server side synchronization and even address books, appointments and tasks from social networks are integrated.
With the Univention Corporate Server we can provide a powerful and solid base for company-wide identity and infrastructure management, as well as further professional solutions from the areas of Products & Solutions and Business Applications.
